About the Role:
As a People Services Team Lead, you'll be at the heart of delivering customer-centric people services. You'll lead a dedicated team, ensuring service quality, compliance, and operational excellence while driving process improvements. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, coaching and developing a team to exceed expectations.

What You'll Do:

• Put employees first, ensuring a seamless delivery of HR services.
• Lead the team in providing effective administrative support, meeting SLAs and KPIs.
• Act as the subject matter expert and escalation point, ensuring timely resolution of queries.
• Collaborate with Local HR teams to meet service and compliance standards.
• Coach and develop team members, enhancing skillsets and performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and service delivery.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection laws.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a people services, HR operations, or similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, with a keen eye for process improvement.
• In-depth knowledge of HR compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
