Junior Credit Controller / £24,000-£26,000 + Monthly Bonus / Bromborough / Permanent

Adaptable Recruitment are working with a growing business in the Bromborough area who are looking for a Junior Credit Controller to join their team

Package:

• Salary £24,000 - £26,000 + Monthly Bonus Scheme
• Full-time, Permanent
• Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
• 23 days annual leave + bank holidays

Location: Bromborough - parking on site

Job Duties:

• Contact customers by telephone, letter etc. regarding the collection of debt
• Negotiate with customers and use objection handling to ensure debt is received.
• Process credit card payments
• Complete the month end shut down for each period
• Deal with queries internally and externally
• Provide support and communicate with wider finance team with updates

Who will I report into?
The Junior Credit Controller will report directly into the Finance Manager

When will interviews be taking place?
Interviews will be happening ASAP

Ideal experience?

• Experience within a fast-paced Credit Control, Accounts Receivable or Billing environment desirable
• Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
• Good excel and system skills essential
