Adaptable Recruitment are working with a growing business based in the Liverpool City Centre area who are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team.
- Salary up to £25,000 DOE
- Full-time, Permanent
- 25 days holiday plus BHs
- Healthcare plan
- Death in Service payment
Location: Liverpool City Centre
- Creating and posting sales invoices, purchase invoices & credit notes
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Process weekly payment runs
- Posting of daily bank receipts
- Resolving queries as necessary and dealing with internal and external queries in a timely manner
- Admin/ad hoc duties as required
Who will I report into?
This role will report directly into the Finance Manager
When will interviews be taking place?
Interview's will be happening ASAP
- Knowledge/experience working within a similar role is essential
- AAT qualification or similar desirable
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages such as excel essential
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A 'can do' attitude
