At Adaptable Recruitment we have a fantastic opportunity for a Claims & Customer Services Administrator to join an ever growing company in the Liverpool area

Salary:- £22655
6 months FTC - to go perm after probation
Fully office based - Hybrid after 6 months probation period
35 working hours

Reporting into: Team Leader

Main Responsibilities to include:-

  • Process valid scanned and manual claims through use of computerised system in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Liaise with practitioners where applicable in order to validate receipts and claim.
  • Update any changes to policy holder details and send out updated schedules.
  • Keep your team leader informed of any unresolved issues.
  • As required, provide cover for both Claims and Customers Services Teams and Technical Claims Team.
  • As required, provide cover on the Telephony team ensuring that inbound telephone enquiries are handled in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Any other reasonable job-related task as requested by your Team Leader.

The ideal candidate:-

  • Quality of claims via claims audit, error spreadsheet etc Quantity of claims processed.
  • Quality customer service experience.
  • Excellent Telephone manner.
  • Ability to pick up & understand Product knowledge.
  • Flexibility in covering in Technical and Telephony Teams
  • Great Attention to detail
