What you'll be getting stuck into:
You'll be the go-to person for all things Accounts Receivable, from chasing payments and resolving account issues, to helping streamline processes and support month-end. This role isn't just about ticking boxes, it's about building great relationships with customers, solving problems, and being a valued member of the team.
Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining customer accounts
  • Following up on overdue payments and resolving queries
  • Investigating and handling shortage claims and debit notes
  • Allocating daily payments and reconciling accounts
  • Monitoring credit limits and reviewing aged debt


What we're looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
  • Great communication skills - you'll be dealing with customers and colleagues daily
  • Confident with numbers and systems (SAGE 50 experience is a bonus)
  • Comfortable juggling tasks and prioritising in a busy environment
  • A team player who also enjoys working independently
  • Intermediate Excel skills
