As part of its next phase of growth, the business is seeking a commercially astute Head of Account Management to take ownership of its client services function - driving retention, unlocking account value, and shaping customer strategy at a senior level.
This is a high-impact leadership role with direct exposure to the Managing Director and genuine influence over revenue performance, customer experience, and future growth strategy.

The Role:

  • Acting as executive sponsor for strategic and high-value client relationships
  • Leading structured account reviews, pipeline discussions, and performance analysis
  • Supporting pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and margin improvement
  • Collaborating cross-functionally (Sales, Operations, Production) to ensure seamless delivery and onboarding

This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, requiring someone comfortable operating both at board level and within day-to-day account activity.

The ideal Candidate;

  • Proven leadership experience within Account Management / Client Services / Commercial roles
  • Strong track record of retaining and growing complex B2B accounts
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing client-facing teams
  • Confident ownership of forecasting, revenue accountability, and commercial decision-making
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally
  • Sector experience within print, packaging, fulfilment, manufacturing, or similar is highly desirable

The Individual:

  • Commercially driven, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Relationship-led, with the credibility to engage at senior client level
  • Data-informed but people-focused in leadership style
  • Comfortable balancing strategy with operational delivery
  • Resilient, proactive, and solutions-oriented

Why This Role?

  • Genuine opportunity to shape and elevate the Account Management function
  • Direct influence on business performance and strategic direction
  • High visibility with senior leadership and decision-makers
  • A stable, well-invested business with ambitious growth plans
