We are exclusively supporting a well-established, growing professional services organisation in appointing a General Manager at a key stage of their development.
Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving business performance, executing strategy, and aligning multiple departments to deliver consistent, measurable results.

The Role

• Lead day-to-day operational and commercial performance
• Translate strategic goals into clear delivery plans
• Drive efficiency, profitability, and continuous improvement
• Oversee cross-functional teams including Operations, Commercial, and IT
• Lead transformation and digital initiatives across the business
• Ensure strong governance, compliance, and risk management

About You:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership / GM role
• Strong track record of improving performance and delivering growth
• Experience leading change or transformation programmes
• Commercially astute with strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience in regulated or professional services environments advantageous

• Base salary: £85,000
