Key Responsibilities:

• Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently

• Assisting with bank reconciliations and cashbook management

• Supporting month-end processes, including journals and accrals

• Handling supplier queries and maintaining strong relationships

• Assisting with payroll administration (where required)

• Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems

About You:

• Previous experience in a similar Accounts Assistant or finance role

• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software

• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Studying AAT or looking to begin a finance qualification (desirable but not essential)
