Adaptable Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a well-established financial services organisation in Liverpool who are looking to appoint an Operations Liaison Administrator to join their pensions operations team.

Experience within SIPP/SSAS pensions, wealth management, or regulated financial services administration would be highly beneficial, particularly for candidates comfortable liaising with financial advisers and managing complex pension or investment processes.

The Role
You will support the operational oversight of advisers and external partners, ensuring regulatory standards are met and records are maintained accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct due diligence checks on financial advisers, investment providers and DFMs

  • Maintain and update records on internal systems

  • Carry out ongoing suitability and compliance reviews

  • Process regulatory and information requests including DSARs and FSCS enquiries

  • Review adviser qualifications and maintain internal qualification records

Knowledge & Experience

  • Understanding of AML/KYC processes, sanctions, financial crime and adviser permissions

  • Knowledge of how advisers, platforms, DFMs and pension providers operate

  • Experience working in a regulated financial services environment

  • Previous due diligence or compliance-related experience

  • Experience working with compliance, legal or risk teams

  • Knowledge of SIPP/SSAS pensions is desirable
